Very common problem. I work at an Acura dealership. We had a customer bring a car in with a foul smell. After taking the driver's seat out we found a big smelly dead rat. Nothing new, we see stuff like this all the time.

Here's the kicker- that lady called me back and accused US of planting the rat! She wanted a new car. Luckily we documented the whole process with a digital camera. Unbelievable...
