As for the 'guilty' ones - they are innocent until proven otherwise. Charge them with a crime and let them stand trial, or call them POWs and treat them accordingly. We do not have any other option allowed under the Constitution.

Looks like the cold up there is really starting to affect you. BTW, release them where? NOBODY wants them under any circumstance. How about your neighborhood? And these POCs have no rights under our Constitution other than those conferred by liberals.
