... depends on where you're going to be working. If you're working in the downtown area, Myers Park would definitely be preferable. The Balantyne area means you're going to have to deal with the beltway... which, from what I understand, has gotten a little congested.

Nice city tho... lived there for 8 years. Pretty, nice climate, great restaurants... lots of local "mom & pop" type places. I liked the Pineville/Matthews area... was working out by the "old" colisseum at the time.

That said, has been a while since I lived there (~8 years), so things have likely changed.
