The set up on my '69 Mustang is a stock type fuel tank fitted with a sump kit. Custom fabricated Vent tube allows the car to be rolled without losing fuel. (basically we made the stock tank into a fuel cell) Not planning on a roll but like to be prepared. Electric pump in the rear to push the fuel rather then pull it to the carbs. 1/2" line feeds twin 750 Holleys. I'm not familiar with the Carter P4070. When I have questions like that I call the techs at Summit. They deal with a multitude of manufacturers & can answer questions like that.
