In one sense, it isn't actually so bad that complex neurosurgery costs so much....my wife wants me to get a lobotomy.....and right now (due to "that damned sports car") we can't afford it. She HAS offered to do it home----with an old rusty ski-pole, no less!!!!!!

Oh, and to omnes-----"change we can believe in" apparently reefered to what we're getting from the bailout. Infarct, "bailout" may come to mean what Obamanation does when confronted with all those campaign promises...
