Default Looking for advice on wheels & tires for my CR

Currently I have 15 x 8.5" wheels with a 4" backspace tires with 255/60R15 tires on my Classic Roadsters kit. I want to make it look a little more modern with 17" wheels that have less bulge.

I am considering Vintage Wheels HA17 x 8.5 with a 4.25" backspace for the front with 245 40R15 tires. For the back, I am looking at Vintage Wheels HA17 x 10.5 for the rear with 285/35R15 tires.

I have front disk brakes and rear drums.

I talked with PS Engineering, but his pin drives wheels after spinners & adapters are $1000 more per set of 4 than Vintage Wheels. His wheels are more custom and he can go up to 11" and give me whatever backspacing I need. However, this seems like high price to pay compared to a 10.5" wheel from Vintage Wheels.

Here is the link for the wheels from Vintage Wheels

Any thoughts or comments on my tire or wheel sizing or suggestions for another vendor for the wheels?
