Post a picture in your garage of how the car will look when completed. That was my inspiration. It's hard to get inspired when the car is all apart and looks like crap with all the body work being done. The body work and paint is your most time consuming part of the build, it seems like it will never end.

Check out you local vocational school, I am shure you can find a few aspiring students more than willing to help you out.
