It does seem like this is the only way out of the home-owner catastrophy. The distressing part is that most single homeowners are part of the working class which is us. We will bear the brunt. Again. Even if we pay for somebody elses losses.

Add to that the relatively recent change in bankruptcy laws and the burden grows on the middleclass.

As far as I know, real estate, like Trump Tower, is healthy along with the wealthy class that got such a confounded anti-middleclass law passed.

But I guess the middle working class would bear the losses there too. It's not like the top few percent of welfare cases would have to work harder. Ten times nothing is still nothing.

We may eventually have to stop passing assinine laws against ourselves.
