Right on the money - basically, a stimulus is something that puts millions of people back to work and adds volume to those who are still working so that more people need to be hired. Therefore, tax cuts all around - especially for business - also, capital gains - eliminate the tax for 1-2 years.
Basically the current version of the stimulus bill is a 'projects' bill with a political slant. Not much work involved just a lot of payback to those that supported the Democrat party. Of course, over time 'projects' will start and provide work for some but not in the millions as projected and not within the next year or so.
If this bill passes, BO will sink in 18 months and end up a one term President - actually, not a bad goal - but, America will also suffer - so, kill the bill as written.
