That's just how I talked to my kids and some employees when they were screwing up.

Tough love is always the best solution to stupidity, lazyness, lack of motivation and failure to follow rules and the plan.

My kids turned out great, and my employees usually got the message, resulting in meeting our objectives.

This guy, is doing the right thing, these folks don't have it in them to "step-up" and work together for whatever reason.
YA! He'll be critized as a "Meany"....Big Whoop!
