I am the treasurer for the Ohio Cobra Club. I don't post a lot because I am swamped. This post is an appeal for help. We (OCC) have signed up for several New Car Auto Shows in and around Ohio to show off the raffle car and sell tickets. Since there is really only about 12-14 of us that work on this it will be hard to cover all these shows. This is the most shows we have tried to do in one year. Here's the list and dates. If anyone can sign up to come out and help sell tickets, we would greatly appreciate it. Besides, it's a lot of fun talking about the cars and such. Here's the list:
Feb 12-15 Pittsburgh PA
Feb 19-22 Cincinnati OH
Feb 19-Mar 3 Cleveland OH
Mar 19-22 Columbus OH
Mar 26-29 Dayton OH
Mar 28-29 Mid Ohio Swap Meet at Columbus Ohio Fairgrounds
May 22-24 Springfield Swap Meet in Springfield Ohio
We are also working on but have not confirmed:
May 9th Kentucky Speedway ARCA Series race in Sparta KY
Jun 13th Kentucky Speedway NASCAR Series race in SParta KY
We would like to have at least two people in the booth at all times during these shows. Since the hours vary I can fill you in on that when you volunteer. More is not a problem, but less is. If anyone out there in the Cobra Community can help us out it would be much appreciated.
