Hey, that video was the high point of my afternoon. I think the cops were being unfair, one of them should have scratched the guys nuts. If this would have been in Hollywood, Ca., both cops would have been fighting over "who's'' going to get the nut scratcher job".

Actually, this is what the government should use to replace "waterboarding", "nut itching powder" and just wait for results.
