Actually, it's not 'Underway' at this point, but we could be headed for a fall, big time - just passing this on. By the way, the Dallas Fed said recently when one considers the
unfunded debt obligations for Social Security and Medicare, under current law, as far as projections go, equal $100 Trillion.
The clock is ticking and too few people are willing to pay attention.
