We forcasted our business year in August of 2008 and it looked bad then. Now that the new year is upon us, every benchmark we set has turned out to be much, much worse than I expected.
Companies that had signed contracts put them on hold. Other companies that were in the paperwork process have terminated their interest in our services. We lost over six hundred thousand dollars worth of work in January alone. February doesn't look to be much better.
As I meet with these clients, the consensus is universal that they are rolling up the budgets and waiting to see what happens.
Question - do you think the stimulus package will have any impact on your business in the next year or two?

Having to lay off people in this environment is a huge bummer.
