Default 302 Stroker build

I might be buying a 1970 302 from a guy at work, never been rebuilt. I have thoughts of stroking it to a 331 or a 347. He also has a extra set of 302 heads with 351W valves installed.

What's the advantage of the 351 valves in these heads, make it breathe better? Also wondering if they'd be a good match for either the 331 or 347? He supposed to be getting me the head casting numbers tonight.

Not sure what cam I would use yet, any suggestions? I'm looking for about 350 HP, driven on the street only, no racing.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
