Has anyone imported a Cobra from the UK?

I have my GD here now and am looking to get it registered this coming week.

From what I understand I need an 'MSO'. I think this is a US specific document and highly doubt that GD will be able to furnish me with one. I will of course be calling them to find out.

If GD provides me with a simple letter confirming the origin of the chassis and confirming me as the owner will this be sufficient?
