If I understand what you are asking, the tube itself has some type of muffler inside. I'm not quite sure how it is built. I would probably take a 3" OD chambered pipe and weld it inside the 4" tube. It would tone it down slightly and still flow good.

The place where you want to buy the piping is about 15 miles from my house.
