No, after 1972 most FE blocks had the upside down 105 instead of the 352, but not all. Some blocks still had the 352 (like the 427 service blocks, for instance). If you watch Ebay, from time to time you'll see "bargain 427 blocks" that are labeled "66-427" so they must be 427s!
Of course, the end up being 390s, if that.
