Additionally...
i read that there was, at the time, a further requirement that the mother/father would have to have also been a resident of the USA for at least 5 years prior to the child's birth outside the USA/territory, which she allegedly does not satisfy.
Further, certain Kenyan relatives (Paternal Grandmother and others) seem quite sure He was born in Kenya. The Kenyan government has nothing to say about the matter.
Even further, some folks are certain that if He was adopted in Indonesia, a citizenship requirement to attend Muslim Indonesian schools existed and he would no longer be naturalized, even if he was born in the USA. Of course, this could have been "fixed" properly, if the paperwork exists.
My pet theory is that the paperwork doesn't exist because it was never filed. Liberals rarely file paperwork properly... they are subject to different rules than us plebes. We now know they have a completely different individual tax policy, including deadlines, deduction permissions, rental income exclusions and gift receipt realizations. My bet will be that she never bothered to "fix" the citizenship issue, but that the issue was "cured" during his vacation in Hawaii after the election.
His mom was certainly footloose and fancy free, since her "husband" was already married. Perhaps that sort of thing turns-on liberal women. i don't really know.
This is not a settled issue in many people's minds and quite intelligently so. Why the stone-wall? Is He allowed a 5th Amendment defense?
Seems unlikely that the Supremes will want to take a direct hand in this matter, if it would include a reversal.
