just remember a LARGE PERCENTAGE of americans PAY NO TAXS or very little, only the rich pay 80% or more of taxes.
So why would they not think the government has other money- THERE NOT PAYinG TAX's and on top of that they get rebates and tax credits EVEN if they did not pay.
