Don't do anything until Spring/Summer. Your water temp is perfectly normal for the chilly temps that we have right now. But I'm suspicious that your oil temp is just not giving your a correct reading -- but I'll know for sure when I hear your Spring/Summer numbers. If during the Spring weather you can't get your oil temp above 80 then your readings are wrong (and I know of no malady, other than a bad gauge or sender, that causes below normal oil temperatures in an engine, even with your oil cooler).
