I'm a dyed-in-the-wool Republican, but I must be blind.

Where, exactly, in this bill does it mention anything about mandatory service for anyone? I've read through the summary twice and can't find it except where you (cdc) put it.

Please copy/paste/highlight that for me and I'll fire off emails AND call my state senators.
