Actually all your NPT plugs, 1/16" and up is way too big. Tap the Ebok hole for a #12 NC machine screw thread. Line bore a brass #12 NC machine screw from 0.060" to 0.090", cut about a 1/4" section of the screw, slot the top of the cut section for a screw driver, clean up all the flashing and filing and crew it in the head.. Your rocker stands will keep them retained.

fyi... with a HV oil pump and Ersons (needle shaft bearings) a 0.060" works well. The needle bearnings, unlike other's bushed bearings, flow more due to the reduced oil restriction of the needle bearings. The bushed rockers seem to like a larger 0.090" restrictor due to the bushed bearing holding the oil back better. Just remember with a HV pump you'll probably want a smaller restrictor to keep from flooding the heads under your valve covers. Also remember to radius the heads' oil drain-back hole too.
