Undy is straight on top of this. My machinist Stanley Morton told me the exact thing several years ago. I have not had a minutes trouble with my roller rockers or flooding the valve covers in almost 7 years of use.
Joe you will be fine but what I might suggest if you buy the edelbrock heads you buy them bare and have Stanley put the exact springs you need for whatever cam you choose. Getting all the parts to work together is a big key in endurance and performance.
