Default a cheap and effective solution

I'd hook it up to a puke tank if it was me, but barring that, try this:
Go to any local auto parts store and buy a rubber heater hose plug. They're used to block off the heater hose connection to the intake manifold or water pump. Fits over the pan fitting nicely and is held on by a standard hose clamp. Costs a couple of dollars.
