Call Keith about a hydraulic roller for it. You'll have to check on spring compatibility though. Depending what you're looking for I'd target around 240/250 duration @ 0.050 and 0.630 to 0.650 on the lift. You didn't say what intake you're running or if the heads are stock/aluminum/CNC'd. This will be very important in the equation. The heads are the FE's greatest HP bottleneck. Unless everything's well matched you could actually lose useable horsepower in the swap.

BTW.. the hydraulic roller cam swap will run you $1000+ (lifters, cam and push rods). The good thing about it is that with today's zinc additive deficient oils it makes wiped cams a thing of the past.
