We should pay the ransom to get them back. Then once the saliors are safe they get taken out. Cruise missiles (or an Iowa) followed by troops - whoever does not get killed gets arrested and tried - and that includes their family members. I think most of them will get killed.
Piracy is an act of war IIRC - hopefully Obama will act accordingly.
