The first time, I just made a simple window aluminum frame and screening and used Velcro to mount it and it worked well and was cheap.

The second time, I used the honey comb material that we use on the sprint car. We bought it from Speedway Motors in Lincoln Nebraska. If I have time later, I can post the link. It works great and you just wash it clean with a garden hose.

Don't worry, that it will stop air from coming into the radiator. Like I said, it's shaped holes inside are like a honey comb so, no problem's.
