We hadn't broken in the ceramic coated headers yet.. lol. We screwed up and sold of the original exhaust manifolds and forgot about the breakin.. Used the water hose to keep the headers from burning up and chalking the ceramic coating.. It worked, no damage. Also that video was after the initial 10 min breakin at 2500 rpm. The mototr head at the shop said 10 would be just fine and didn't want the headers to get any hotter so we brought it back down to idle for 10 mins and kept the water on the headers..
