99% of all Guns are ILLEGAL here in Japan except for over under shot gun for Government Approved Hunters, but they still have 4 murders a day and 33,000 Suicides a year. ... 90% of the Murders are by knife, 10% by other means …. You do not need a gun to kill yourself or others; you just need the will to do it.
