Yeah you should really take your nipples off and clean them.
Actually the black powder is way larger than the hole in the nipple. Don't wash it in the dishwasher. Hot soapy water in a dishpan and rinse with boiling water. The boiling water will heat the gun up and it will dry itself. Make sure no
oil in or around the chambers.
