I figured out what is wrong. If I take my flywheel and place it on the flexplate and align the holes, and then I flip my flywheel now it aligns with what I have (I elongated the hole on my flywheel that was not aligning so that I could see both positions). So, I believe when they made the flywheel, they drilled it with a template reversed. Nice.
