Andrew.
Could not walk for the last 2 days so went to see the doc and had xrays and he now tells me I have a thing known as house maid knees from kneeling so much.

Thanks. These sanders are great to use and I do think for someone with limited experience, they help acheive a much better job,
Here is their website and if you hunt around a bit, they have some video clips to watch which show how they work.
