Here in ct they changed the laws last year, in the past local towns RECEIVED NO MONEY from tickets written cause in the past they set up traps just to raise revenue BUT of course the money hungary bastards in office wanted more money so NOW THEY GET $10.00 for every ticket. Its like locust on the highways and towns now as they write tickets for anyting to get there 10.00
