I visited the Aurora factory circa 1984 at the ivitation of Blaine Hobson, the manager. In fact, when they brought cars down to the states to show dealers and didn't sell them, he brought them to our Ford store to keep until they returned (to save customs costs for re-entry) where they sat next to AC MK IVs as a direct comarison of MK II to MK III body types. Nicely built and made to meet the standards both emissions and safety in place at the time.
