Thing is, if you look at the picture, you'll see that changing the PCV valve isn't an option. The Blue Thunder Comp valve covers have a billet cap that screws into the valve cover. It's not push on. The PCV valve itself then threads into the billet cap. Best I can tell, the PCV valve is a Novo unit out of a 2001-2005 Toyota Highlander, believe it or not. So the bottom line is that I either just directly fit the hose to the barb, which will look weird, or come up with some sort of right angle arrangement.

It's all in the details...
Get a standard cap from Blue Thunder and drill a .750 hole in it. Use the Fram FV191 valve and use some clear RTM to glue it in place. That is how I did mine.
