I am planing on cutting out my hood scoop and replacing it with a riveted hood scoop.

If I cut the scoop out it will be close to the same siz as the hood scoop I will be riveting on.

How can I lengthen the inside edge to allow me to mount this hood scoop.

I know I will need fiberglass but can someone explain how to do this?
