No midwest states I have traveled through offer ONLY ethanol blended gas. Most all offer a regular grade 87 or so octane, a plus grade 10 percent ethanol mix 89 or so octane, and a premium version 91/92 octane without ethanol.
Honestly, all the hype about 10 percent blended ethanol is pure BS. Some will go on and on about all the problems they have had. I have been using it in everything I own for 15 or so years with exactly zero problems. You won't have a problem. Don't expect one.
It all comes down to whether you'd rather fill the wallet of a guy from Iowa with a seed corn cap on his head or a guy from Saudi Arabia wearing a Turban - I prefer the seed corn guy.
