That news article is very disheartening... They WILL stop and search those ships. It will take North attacking the south to get anything higher than that done with the UN. That looks to be very bad news for my lil sis!

I especially like this part: "He reiterated that the North was no longer bound by an armistice signed at the end of the 1950-53 Korean War because Washington had ignored its responsibility as a signatory by drawing Seoul into the anti-proliferation effort."

As if they haven't dishonored their word a million times!
