I would get a special crank made with a 1.5" stroke & use a 289/302W block etc to arrive at the 2600cc. Then you would need some very early 221 (43.5cc) heads or possibly some aftermart types with compact chamber plus pop up pistons to make 9/1 compression, plus a whole lot of other bits to join it all up. Can be done, just depends on whether you want to do it. Short stroke means rev limit could be in 5 figures with right gear.
