Tenrocca, things haven't changed much. I know another cobra owner that sweated for 12 months to get his car passed on emissions results...In the end he wrote a letter explaining the cars condition and performance. The RTA couldn't provide a valid excuse for NOT passing the vehicle so they gave him an "extraordinary dispensation" and approved the vehicle for registration.
