Scott,
Now that sounds like a good idea to me. A small town like this one could get one and let the people just pay the maintenance of the lines and such and that would reduce the power needed from the dam. It should also greatly reduce our electric rates and improve the loss of power during the Winters as they wouldn't have the main lines coming from the power station at the dam through the trees where a blown over tree breaks them.
