Just give them a bag of sugar. When I was over there they had to take the sugar out of the mess tents as they would dump a whole bag of it on their mashed potatoes and just gobble it down. Made me sick to watch them eat as I can't hardly stand sugar in anything and they would eat it right out of the bags with spoons.
