pmangelos Paul the theories on the best camshaft has gone from one end of the specs light a dual pattern to a single pattern. Reversion is also a big question. There as an article printed in the Shelby mag maybe 15 years ago that talks about webers, how they work, and what compression and camshafts works best with them on certain motors and cubic inches. If you can find this, I think this would give you a good basic for your setup. I know that 58mm Webers or Olbergs can take a large motor"482" with over a .700" lift cam and have it idle at 800 rpms without a rough idle. This car has 11-1 compression and runs on high test pump gas. Try Corky in the TRI STATE CLUB. He's running webers on a 331 motor. Runs and sounds nice. Rick L.
