The Constitution and the Courts will decide, not the President, about the legality of the Bankruptcy Proceedings....I don't need to add that BHO taught Constitutional Law, so I at least suspect he knows as much about it as the people in this forum. There are no Czars in America with unkown or unlimited power and most work for relative peanuts. I don't worry that the Congress has given up it's powers of oversight and more importantly the Budget. (re Gitmo) As a Capitalist Pig, I have absolutely no trouble with regulating the financial "industry". I haven't heard any apologies (?) just the truth for a change and it appears to be well recieved based upon the polling data.... As for health care, we shall see but I would support some minimum universal level, especially for children. The thing that really pisses me off about health care is that I will have to pay for the fat, smoking, alcohol/drug abusers who don't use common sense about eating and exercise to PREVENT illness. I wish we would test these people when they sign up for Medicare/Medicade or whatever universal progam is comming and tell them that .....sure, the taxpayers will help if you go home, lose 40 pounds , exercise, quit smoking ect...ect.... take some freaking responsibility for yourself !!! But alas...that likely won't happen...
