Rodknock Depending on the track, is what you will need to wear. Parade laps at slow speed, only require shoulder and lap belts. Nomex helmet will be for sure. The rules will tell you if you can get away with an open face helmet or full face helmet. If you are going to do this more than a couple of times, getting the correct thing will save you money down the road. Full helmet and Nomex driver suit. Shoes too. Jegs, Summit, Imop, and others sell couple setups. Side note that most of the guys even on parade laps have there driving suits on minus gloves and helmets. IMO it's smart and even looks cool.
