Here's the deal Patrick. Someday I'm going to win a $200MM Powerball and become filthy rich. I'm then going to build my dream home with a garage that will rival Leno's. I will build a comparable home right next door and I will let you live in it rent free. All you have to do in return is be my neighbor and build cool shiat for me. The garage will also have a stocked fridge.
