Well, I've just spent about 10 minutes going thru WHO's site and am unable to uncover your source. Why not save us the confusion and simply post your info source?

I did find that the US spends about 6600 per capital per year (as of 2004) as opposed to 5300 per capita per year in the UK. I confess I didn't copy all the info in that chart, but there was no ranking of countries to be found here.
