Default CA regestration / SB100
I will be bringing a car in from out of state...and have heard about the SB100 legislation - but from the thread below, it seems that only a certain number are given out each year; is that correct?

So, can I apply for the SB100 waiver before the car arrives in state - or does the care need to be here?

Appreciate any information...
