Is that completely crazy woman still working in the department up in Albany? I forget her name, but she's the virtual anti-Christ of hot rod and replica builders in the State of New York. I would swear that she actually looks for problems that she can throw into your path. I have never met a more difficult bureaucrat in my life, what an idiot. I wish I could remember her name so I could warn everyone to stay clear of her.
